WORKOUT!

These are the workout videos our group have completed for each week based on the amount of donations we received. Come join us and tag us on social media! 

Week 1's Workout

We would like to thank all our supporters for donating a total of RM 1582 during our first week! 
For this week's workout, we've carried out: 

- 11 Russian Twist

- 30 sit ups 
- 10 push ups 
- 3 minute plank × 2sets 
- 20 mountain climbers 
- 110 squats

Week 2's Workout

We would like to thank all our supporters for donating a total of RM 1003 for week 2!
For this week's workout, we've carried out: 

- 30 sit ups
- 5 push ups
- 1.5 mins plank
- 10 mountain climbers 
- 8 Russian twist
- 25 squats

Week 3's Workout

We would like to thank all our supporters for donating a total of RM 470 during our third week! 
For this week's workout, we have a very special guest joining us! Watch to find out more!

For this week's workout, we'll be doing:

- 20 sit ups

- 15 push ups

- 60 squats 

Week 4's Workout

This is our final workout video as we have come to the end of our workout challenge. A big thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout this fundraising project. May God bless you all!
