As of 8th of December 2020, we have reached our initial goal of RM 2500! We could not have done this without YOU! Thank you! 

Our team have decided to increase our goal to RM 4500!

GOAL: RM 4500

THE WORKOUT CHALLENGE

The workout challenge is where you can decide on what we need to do through your donations. Each week, team members will have to carry out the workout set by you through the donations collected from that week!

This is how it works: 

​

RM 1 = 1 complete Russian twist

RM 10 = 10 sit ups

RM 20 = 5 push ups

RM 30 = 3 minutes plank

RM 40 = 20 mountain climbers

RM 50 = 30 squats

​

But if you're kind enough to help lessen our pain:

​

RM 15 = Reduce 5 push ups

RM 25 = Reduce 10 squats

RM 100 = Share the entire workout with a friend!

​

However, don't let this limit your amount to donate. You can donate any amount you want to!

Remember that any amount of donation is never too small.

Your efforts will definitely be fruitful.
